The rate includes bed linen, towels and final cleaning.
We do not have fixed arrival and departure days.
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. In case of cancellation up to 8 days before check-in, the deposit will be returned. In case of cancellation within 7 days before check-in, the deposit will not be returned.

Reaching us
The holiday flat can be reached by car, exiting the A14 motorway at the Senigallia tollgate. Before arrival we always send our guests a map with precise directions to reach us.

A cosy flat immersed in the peace of the Marche countryside, amidst gentle hills and ancient villages: this is the area of Corinaldo, in the province of Ancona, in the wonderful Marche region.
The mill
Next to the flat, there is the old flour mill and the oil mill, restored as a museum, fitted out with objects and equipment that tell the story of the farmers who lived in these areas in the last century.
We offer all our guests a free guided tour of the ancient rooms, to immerse themselves in the history contained in these rooms and discover many anecdotes and curiosities.
Freedom and peace
Outside, there is a large lawn with many different species of trees, perfect for a picnic, an outdoor lunch, a moment of rest in the shade, or to let the children play, exploring the space and wandering through a magical reed bed.
This is also the starting point of a ring-shaped cycle-pedestrian route of about 2 kilometres, with very little difference in height, that allows you to reach the Cesano river while pleasantly walking off the busy roads.
Historic centres to discover
The surrounding area is all to be discovered, starting from the historic centre of Corinaldo, one of the Most Beautiful Villages in Italy, with its medieval and Renaissance walls, and extending to the surrounding villages.
For example, the historic centre of Fratterosa, with its breathtaking view of the hills and the ceramists’ workshops where clay is worked to obtain precious artefacts.
If you are interested in history, art and archaeology, you are in the right place, just a stone’s throw from the Ancient Roman City of Suasa, with its marvellous mosaics.
But don’t forget that excellent white and red wines and top-quality extra virgin olive oil are also produced here!
15 minutes from the sea
It only takes a few kilometres to reach the Velvet Beach in Senigallia or the Marotta coastline overlooking the Adriatic Sea. The perfect location to enjoy the sun and the sea and then return to the greenery and quiet for a sweet rest.
In addition to the sea, Senigallia also offers many events of various kinds, all to be discovered.
